The Scuderia Ferrari challenger for the 2022 Formula 1 season has officially be named and pays tribute to the legendary Italian manufacturer in the year of its 75th anniversary.
The Maranello team’s 2022 F1 car which will be presentem on February 17 will be called F1-75.
Ferrari’s new machine is the 68th F1 car produced by the House of Maranello since founder Enzo Ferrari fired up the engine of its first car – the Ferrari 125 S – on March 12, 1947.
The F1-75 will be the 26th car designed by Scuderia Ferrari with ‘F1’ as part of the name. The last time when ‘F1’ was includes in the official name was 17 years ago. The last time Ferrari used “F1-” at the beginning in their car name was in 2000 (F1-2000)
