Ferrari is set to reveal its new SF-26 at Fiorano on January 23, before immediately hitting the track for a shakedown. Here’s how fans can follow the presentation live and what time the broadcast begins.
The iconic Scuderia from Maranello will officially unveil the SF-26 and then take it on track for its first kilometers at Fiorano. In recent days, fans have already gotten a glimpse of the race suits and helmets that Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton will wear during the 2026 season. Ferrari has also teased some details about the team’s 2026 kit, including the font selected for the drivers’ numbers.
Live stream start time
According to Sky Sport, the live coverage of the Ferrari presentation will begin at 11:00 AM and can be followed on the dedicated F1 channel as well as on Skysport.it. The SF-26 is expected to hit the track only after this time. As previously reported, Ferrari will conduct only a shakedown, which is limited to 15 km according to FIA regulations, on the Fiorano circuit. With a track length of approximately 2.98 km, the program will cover just over five laps. No filming day is planned, and both Leclerc and Hamilton are expected to take around two laps each. The team will focus entirely on on-track work, without media interactions, while the official online event will release images of the SF-26 to the public.
Tips for attending in person
For those attending Fiorano to watch the SF-26’s first laps, it’s helpful to know the best viewing spots and when to arrive. Fans are eager to see the new livery, which will feature a lighter red combined with white. Some online renders suggest a possible return of the “Ferrari” lettering, but official details remain unconfirmed. The live shakedown will be the first opportunity to see the car in motion before it heads to Barcelona for the private tests scheduled from January 26 to 30. Bryan Bozzi will serve as track engineer for both Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton during these early tests.
