It has been seventeen years since the last World Championship victory for the Prancing Horse. As the 2025 World Championship begins, Ferrari hopes to win a title in F1 once again, thanks in part to the excitement generated by the arrival of Lewis Hamilton alongside home driver, “Mr. Ferrari,” Charles Leclerc. Charles Leclerc doesn’t hide it; the championship is Ferrari’s target for the 2025 F1 season. “I don’t know yet what the level is, but the word ‘championship’ must be used because that is our goal,” explained the 1997-born driver on Thursday in Australia.
There is confidence in Maranello, as the new car has several improvements over its predecessor. Charles Leclerc is certain that the path they are on will be fruitful: “I’m confident we have found the right direction to take and where to push.”
