TWO WEEKS since Red Bull was found guilty of breaking Formula 1’s budget cap in 2021, the wait goes on to discover what its penalty will be. This has been so drawn out because Red Bull has entered into negotiations with the FIA about its offences – and the FIA has proposed what the penalty should be.
