Imagine defending the decisions from today and blaming it on car performance. The guy has lost all connection with the real world

Binotto again and again…. Big boss of Ferrari should do something to not become the laughing stock of F1. Binotto answered the question of journalists about strategy for the case of Sainz and ignored the case of Leclerc. Now, he blames car performance although Leclerc was clearly the fastest with medium tires and would never finish more than 2nd with a decent strategy. Everyone has seen before that hard tires didn’t work at all for Alpine. Anyway, it seems with this guy, if Sainz is better ranked after the qualification, he will then do all what he can (including destroying the race of his drivers) to keep the same order on Sunday whatever happens during the race. So for Binotto the race is decided on Saturday. Sunday doesn’t count. On the other hand, Leclerc should also have more impact on the strategy and not always leave the team decide for him. He lost so many points this season because of the bad strategy of Binotto…
