Scuderia Ferrari’s reliability issues, strategic howlers and the occasional driver errors have made its title defeat in the 2022 Formula One season inevitable for months.
So, nothing’s REALLY changed now that Max Verstappen has formally wrapped up the title, and Red Bull is poised to clinch the constructors’ crown as well. But the Maranello team is not able to immediately commit this wasted season to memory. In an exclusive interview with The Race, Charles Leclerc has made it very clear that the end of the 2022 season could be very important to Ferrari’s hopes of learning its lessons for the next season:
