Video: Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton both pass Carlos Sainz | F1 Miami GP. Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton both overtook Carlos Sainz in a dramatic move.

Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, both in their Ferrari SF-25 cars, were closely trailing Carlos Sainz’s Williams when Leclerc positioned himself perfectly out of the final corner to attempt a move on his former teammate into Turn One.

As both Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc locked up under braking and drifted wide, the Monegasque managed to keep the advantage and complete the overtake. The resulting gap also gave Lewis Hamilton the perfect opening to sweep past the Williams.

Charles Leclerc now runs in seventh, with Hamilton just behind in eighth, having shown strong pace on his fresh medium tyres prior to the Virtual Safety Car.
