The 2022 Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix was incredibly exciting. If you weren’t aware of the happenings though, F1 Photographer and YouTuber Kym Illman tells you all about it in this video. The most notable aspect of the recent Austrian Formula 1 race though was Carlos Sainz’ fire in his Ferrari F1-75 car. With just 15 laps to go until the end of the race at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Carlos Sainz’ Ferrari power unit failed once again.
It was also interesting to see the Austrian fire marshal’s response to the fire. As many watched on during the Grand Prix it was quite evident that the reaction of the marshals around the incident took too long.
In other news, despite Ferrari’s engine failure with Carlos Sainz, it was great to see that they could get the other car on the top step of the podium, with Charles Leclerc claiming another win with the Maranello team.
