This incident from Q1 doesn’t look great for Pierre Gasly: he moved over to let Charles Leclerc through but didn’t realise there was another Ferrari coming behind him, leaving Carlos Sainz to take evasive action and lift off the throttle during a flying lap at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona. Charles Leclerc was given a three-place grid penalty last week in Monaco for a similar incident.
