The race opened with a major collision at Turn 1, where Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri were eliminated in a chain reaction that brought early chaos to the field. The drama didn’t end there: with just a few laps remaining, a heavy crash between Lance Stroll and Esteban Ocon brought out the safety car, neutralizing the final stages of the 19-lap contest.
With the race ending under yellow flags, Verstappen comfortably led the pack to secure another Sprint victory. Behind him, George Russell claimed second place, followed by an impressive Carlos Sainz in the Williams. Lewis Hamilton finished fourth, while Charles Leclerc rounded out the top five.
