Scuderia Ferrari German driver Sebastian Vettel on Romain’s crash: “I haven’t looked at the images a lot because I really didn’t want to. But the main thing is he got out – I don’t know how to be honest. The guardrail is not supposed to fail like that. Seb about the many replays of the crash shown on TV: “People like to see this stuff… I guess otherwise the director or whoever cuts wouldn’t show it again and again. People like crashes, maybe sometimes they forget we are behind the wheel. I guess that’s (showing images of the crash) part of the show… That’s why I disappeared and didn’t look at the images too much”.
Seb about his race: “The first stint was really poor. At the start I lost a lot of ground because I got squeezed, I took extra care for the other car… And then I was compromised a lot, lost positions”.
