By looking at the telemetry comparison for the second straight at Albert Park Circuit, the one to T6 and the one to T12, you can easily spot that Ferrari basically stops gaining speed as if they engaged some form of speed limiting or aggressive energy recovery.
Red Bull is using a very low downforce configuration, they are on average 10kmh higher on the straights.
Ferrari is a complete monster in T6, T9/10 and T12, just a car on a different level, Red Bull is going to need to change their setup or do some magic to handle those corners. It also seems they were upshifting quite late despite being shorter gearing than Red Bull.
