Ferrari has been busy in the workshop preparing to take the advantage from Mercedes in 2019. The SF90 F1 looks beastly and ready to set fire to the track and just like the Scuderia fans we are, we have faith this beautifully designed F1 racer has what it takes to change 2019. Constructed specifically to compete in the 2019 FIA Formula One World Championship, it is hard not to imagine Scuderia Ferrari winning the Cup.
Formula 1 racing is a widely recognized sport, in fact online casinos like NetBet allows punters to put money on races, tracks and drivers, adding an element of excitement to the already adrenalized races.
Making its debut at the 2019 Australian Grand Prix, onlookers were well impressed by what they saw in ‘Lina’, the female name dubbed by Vettel. The car marks the 90th anniversary of Scuderia Ferrari, so how could it not win in 2019.
Although everyone was well impressed by Lina, Rosberg had something to say on the debut of the hot red number. The former F1 racer suggested that the SF90 Ferrari had been pitched in the wrong place aerodynamically, and after the public statement was made, experts from around the world had their say after investigating the matter. It would appear all experts are in unison with believe Nico Rosberg stands corrected.
Ferrari was at a disadvantage in China because of the aerodynamics of the SF90 and came in second to its rival Mercedes, but that doesn’t change the fact that Barcelona is the perfect track to test out the full potential of the SF90. Rosberg believes that Ferrari is losing a lot of time and the car isn’t ideal for the fastest possible lap, he stated that they are ‘just in the wrong place with their car’. Now there are some who are in agreement with the former 2016 world title holder, but the experts have also had their say and many beg to differ.
According to experts the Barcelona track tests the endurance of any formula 1 racer and as a result it is the ideal track to race the latest Ferrari addition.
It isn’t the first time Nico Rosberg has had something to say as a dig toward the one of the world’s biggest racing brands. In 2018 Rosberg stated that ‘Ferrari made too many mistakes’.
All we can say is that the recent comments made publicly have certainly stirred up many emotions from fans and the opposition. This whole ordeal may have given Mercedes false bravado or it may have driven Ferrari to prove a point at the 2019 Barcelona race, either way we can only wait in avid anticipation as the race fast approaches and this year is bound to be far more interesting than any year before. If Ferrari wins we wonder if Rosberg will claim it was luck or if he will rethink his previous statement. Only time will tell and it will tell us soon enough.
