Scuderia Ferrari Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc comments and impressions at the end of the 2020 Tuscan Grand Prix at the Mugello circuit:

“For sure this was one of the most difficult races from a mental point of view, because I made a good start & I did everything I had to, but there was no race pace and the balance was not good..struggled with the car in general and it was strange, because yesterday in qualifying the balance was good, we weren’t that bad. With the hard tyres I struggled a lot. A bit like in Monza. Of course we have to work. It’s difficult but I remain motivated and can’t wait to get back in the car in Russia.”

“I just want to understand..We have to find out what is wrong with this car and do something, because this is really difficult. “The team is working hard to bring some updates on the car. It is obvious that you have to understand what is wrong with the car, to be able to make updates. But updates for the car will come soon. “The team must remain positive. I keep repeating it, we can not give up now nor ever. We continue to work, but this is certainly a very difficult time.” – Charles Leclerc concluded.
