Last year Charles Leclerc suffered a theft that looked like something in a movie in Viareggio. The story new ends with the arrest of the four perpetrators, three men and a woman.
On April 18 of last year the gang had personally carried out the coup. As reconstructed by the Viareggio police, which released the images of the incident, the four divided into two groups. The first, made up of the two robbers aboard the scooter, acted by directly confronting the driver and snatching his watch. The second group, on the other hand, after renting an SUV in Naples, followed the Monegasque from Forte dei Marmi to Viareggio.
As shown by the images, Charles Leclerc then attempted the chase aboard his Ferrari 488 Pista, being hindered by the car of the two accomplices.
The four then left for Naples, but not before attempting to steal a watch worth 40,000 euros which was in the center of Lucca. The robbery, in this case, however, failed due to the resistance of one of the victims and the intervention of some passers-by.
As for Charles Leclerc’s Richard Mille, valued at 2 million euros, the robbers would have sold it to a Spanish entrepreneur. However, since it was a single piece and the news generated a lot of interest from the media, the four would have collected only 200 thousand euros.
