Scuderia Ferrari Monegasque driver Charles Leclerc spins his car at Turn 16 and remained stuck. He simply lost the rear of his car and was awkwardly in the middle of the road. Charles Leclerc hasn’t been able to get his car facing in the right direction, and we have a red flag!
The Ferrari driver was out of the car and that would appear to be the end of his session. It seems the clutch on his Ferrari got too hot and he then couldn’t get it into reverse to complete the three-point (or maybe five-point) turn he was attempting. What a disastrous start to the weekend for the Monegasque!
