With around one month still to go before the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix at Monza, tickets for the main race day are already almost entirely sold out. This means that Scuderia Ferrari will be able to count on the unwavering support of its passionate Tifosi at its home circuit.
This outcome was not at all guaranteed. Considering the difficulties experienced by the Maranello-based team in the opening part of the 2025 Formula 1 season, achieving a complete sell-out for the Italian Grand Prix is a strong and unmistakable sign of the trust and loyalty that the Ferrari supporters continue to show towards the team.
The famous Prancing Horse could in fact target its home race with great determination as the perfect opportunity to secure its first victory of the 2025 campaign. At the Hungarian Grand Prix in Budapest, after a promising performance in qualifying on Saturday, an unexpected and still unexplained technical issue on Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari prevented the Monegasque driver from converting that potential into a race win on Sunday.
For this reason, car number 16 will undoubtedly attempt to seize victory in the upcoming Monza weekend, on a track where, in the previous year, Charles Leclerc had managed to deliver an extraordinary performance that many considered a masterpiece of skill, race management, and resilience.
Sold-out crowd confirmed for Monza
In his attempt to repeat that success, Charles Leclerc will be able to count on the backing of tens of thousands of Ferrari Tifosi, whose enthusiasm traditionally transforms the Monza circuit into a sea of red. Tickets for the main race day on Sunday have already been almost completely snapped up by fans eager to witness Ferrari in action at the Temple of Speed.
“We are proud of this milestone, the result of the combined efforts of everyone within the ACI who are working with dedication. The huge turnout expected represents recognition for the entire Italian federation and confirms the central role of the Italian Grand Prix in the world of motorsport,” stated Tullio del Sette, highlighting both the organisational achievement and the prestige of the event on the international calendar.
Tickets are still available for Friday and Saturday, which will host the Formula 1 free practice sessions and qualifying, offering fans the chance to see the drivers push their cars to the limit in preparation for the decisive Sunday race. There is also a strong likelihood that last year’s attendance record for the Italian Grand Prix will be surpassed, making the 2025 edition potentially the most attended in the event’s history.
