Ferrari junior Mick Schumacher won all his four races on Saturday in Race of Champions, but Team Germany was eliminated in the quarter-finals. Mick Schumacher partnered four-time Formula 1 world champion and former Scuderia Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel but despite his strong performance in the Sweden competition on Saturday, Team Germany was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the Race of Champions Nations Cup.
The eight-time winners of the event lost to Team USA in their duel after Sebastian Vettel lost to IndyCar star Colton Herta and also against NASCAR legend Jimmie Johnson. The current Aston Martin driver had earlier failed to defeat the team’s F1 Esports driver Lucas Blakeley in the preliminary round, only to be saved by two wins from Mick Schumacher.

Two-time Formula 1 world champion Mika Hakkinen earned bragging rights over former McLaren team-mate David Coulthard as he and Emma Kimiläinen defeated Team Great Britian.
Coulthard and W Series champion Jamie Chadwick had won two of the four races but missed out on the semi-finals on time aggregate.
