British Formula One digital presenter and reporter who works for Liberty Media, Will Buxton, was able to interview Alfa Romeo Racing Finnish driver Kimi Raikkonen after the Swiss team officially presented its car for the 2021 Formula 1 season. Kimi Raikkonen’s dislike towards interviews is well known, as the Iceman is notoriously tricky to interrogate, given to monosyllabic answers and a shrug of the shoulders.
However, this time Kimi was happy to answer every question and Will Buxton also recalls a particular moment of his interview with the Alfa Romeo Racing Finnish driver:
“Fun chat with Kimi who was very talkative.
Said I wouldn’t ask him about motivation because he hates the question and besides, he probably wouldn’t keep coming back if he wasn’t motivated.
‘You guys have finally figured it out! Took you long enough.'” – Kimi replied, as the British Formula One digital presenter and reporter posted on social media.
