Formula One official tyre supplier Pirelli has revealed the tyre choices teams and drivers have made for the Chinese Grand Prix weekend. For the 1000th race in the history of Formula One, the C2, C3 and C4 tyres will be available to the teams with the C2 option being the hardest and C4 the softest of those available.
Alfa Romeo drivers Kimi Raikkonen and Antonio Giovinazzi Pirelli have made slightly different tyre choices for the third round of the 2019 Formula One season. Kimi Raikkonen will bring just two sets of the C2 hards and three C3 mediums for the Chinese Grand Prix, Italian driver will use three sets of C2 hards and two sets of C3 mediums. Both Alfa Romeo drivers will be able to use eight sets of the C4 Red soft tyres during the race weekend.
Elsewhere, McLaren has gone very aggressive and is the only team to bring nine sets of the C4 compound. Take a look at the full table below.
