Following the cancellation of the 2023 Formula 1 Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix at the 4.909-kilometre Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, commonly known as Imola, due to the devastating floods that affected the entire region in the last few days, ticket holders of the 160,000 tickets sold have raised questions about possible ticket refunds.
Codacons, an Italian consumer rights association, has requested a full refund of the tickets (as well as accommodations and transportation), while ACI Sport has announced today that there is the option to convert the ticket into one available for the 2024 Formula 1 Grand Prix or alternatively request a monetary refund.

Due to the ongoing severe weather emergency in the Emilia-Romagna region, the “Formula 1 Gran Premio Qatar Airways del Made in Italy e dell’Emilia Romagna” event, scheduled from May 19 to 21, will not take place.

Given the ongoing emergency in the region, the refund procedures and timelines will be communicated in a subsequent email by ACI Sport, a company of the Automobile Club of Italy, through the official ticket provider Ticketone.it, in the coming days.
