Scuderia Ferrari has made changes to its mirror housing for the British Grand Prix at the Silverstone track, taking cues from others up and down the grid who have navigated the regulations in such a way that there is a definite aerodynamic advantage by using this solution. As a result, the Maranello team has decided to move the outermost stay closer to the F1-75 car’s centreline and then added two fins beneath the main mirror assembly in order to invoke vortices that will improve flow conditions downstream.

In this next image from Motorsport we can view the modular design of the F1-75, with the radiator intake installed on one side of the car and not the other. This was done to make sure that in case additional performance could be found, making changes would be a lot easier.
