The Ferrari F1 2022 will be a brand new ground-effect single-seater. This weekend, Mattia Binotto stayed in Maranello to follow the team’s project at work on the new Wing Car, a single-seater that is new ground for the Ferrari Racing Department engineers.
In these days, Ferrari has approved the F1 single-seater for 2022. Production of the first components of the new ground-effect car will start shortly, as required by the new F1 2022 regulation.
Aerodynamics will be the real protagonist of the new Formula 1, with a generation of downforce enhanced by the floor of the car and a monster-sized extractor!
Instead, both the front wing and the rear wing will be simplified and will generate much less load than the aerodynamic elements of the current single-seaters.
Together with Fabiano Vandone and ChronoGp, let’s find out together in this video what the new Ferrari 2022 will be like (Italian language)
