After a year, the premier series returns to the Enzo and Dino Ferrari track with a championship that promises to be extremely exciting. Among the key players will be Ferrari, with Fred Vasseur outlining the Maranello team’s expectations for the Imola weekend.

The team arrives at the first European event as the second force in the championship after Red Bull. However, McLaren showed extreme competitiveness in the Miami Grand Prix, taking the victory from Verstappen. This new challenge is something Ferrari aims to overcome with the introduction of a substantial update package that has radically changed the SF-24’s design. The 2024 car now features a new aerodynamic look, named the SF-24 EVO.

“After many races far from home, we start the European season this weekend on the Imola circuit, the closest track to our Maranello headquarters, which also bears the name of our founder. We return to the classic format with three practice sessions, which is why we decided to bring the first update package for the SF-24 here.” – he pointed out.

“We have a very intense weekend ahead as we will need to carefully evaluate all the new features while simultaneously working on qualifying and the race.
