The team principal of the Prancing Horse spoke about the Monaco Grand Prix, won by local favorite Charles Leclerc. “Last year we could fight with them in qualifying, but then in the race, they had an advantage of four or five tenths. Under these conditions, even if you make a mistake, it is inconsequential. This season, this is no longer the case.” According to Frédéric Vasseur, both Ferrari and McLaren have closed the gap to Red Bull, and now it’s time to get the most out of this battle.

“We must not draw conclusions, they will come back stronger,” concludes the Ferrari team principal at the end of the Monaco Grand Prix in Monte Carlo – “I don’t think it will be easy until the end. But overall, we have achieved good performances in Melbourne, we did well in Imola and Miami, with different types of compounds, different types of asphalt, different layouts.
