Formula 1 returned to the Albert Park Circuit in 2022, with the Australian Grand Prix taking place in April following an absence of three years. Ahead of last year’s event, the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne underwent some renovations. To allow for more passing chances and promote faster and more competitive racing, seven corners were revised, with two completely removed.
