Video from the second and final day of testing organized by Pirelli in order to develop the various compounds for the 2023 Formula 1 season. The first scheduled test was held at Imola Circuit, just a couple of days after the GP weekend.
In order to get more accurate data and results compared to the ones obtained last year with ‘mule cars’ for the development of 2022 tyres, teams are allowed to use their current, ground-effect F1s this year. During ‘Day 2’ there were Alfa Romeo with the C42 driven by Robert Kubica and AlphaTauri with the AT03 and Yuki Tsunoda behind the wheel. Alpine was replaced by Ferrari which fielded both factory drivers on their F1-75. Charles Leclerc drove in the morning session while Carlos Sainz in the afternoon:
