The scenario changes, but in Formula 1, it’s always the same story. The FIA has decided to make changes to the Austin track, specifically at the track limits in the penultimate corner, right where Max Verstappen lost the Pole Position during Friday’s qualifying.
This decision is certainly a topic of debate since it is being implemented during the ongoing weekend. However, the essence remains the same: going beyond the white line is not allowed.

As you can see from the image, the white line that marks the track boundaries at the exit of turn 19 has been visibly repainted. More precisely, the choice was to significantly extend it by moving the curbing further to the right.

Previously during this season, track limits have been a significant issue, particularly during the Austrian Grand Prix weekend. The issue resurfaced last weekend during the race in Qatar.
The hope is that this new modification that the FIA is implementing for this weekend can mitigate the problem of track limits, which has, nevertheless, been a recurring theme on the American track, even during the past season.
