Ferrari is the brand that has grown the most globally, confirmed by the 2024 Best Global Brands ranking. Every year, the global ranking of the best brands in the world is released, and Ferrari has shown significant growth.
The top global brands remain Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Samsung, holding the same positions as last year. Only Apple registered a slight 3% decline in revenue. Among automotive brands, Ferrari is not in first place. In the final ranking, the Maranello brand ranked only 62nd, but it recorded a 21% increase in revenue. This percentage growth is the highest among all the brands in the ranking.
Ferrari’s growth could also be attributed to the brand’s expansion into various sectors, including fashion with “FerrariStyle.” Interbrand, when presenting the ranking, stated that brands that operate in different sectors tend to register higher growth compared to those focused on a single domain.
Moreover, Ferrari improved its position in the final ranking, moving from 70th place last year to 62nd in 2024. Of course, there is still room for improvement, considering that Ferrari lags behind other automotive brands. The top automotive brand is Toyota, ranked sixth overall, followed by Mercedes in eighth and BMW in tenth.
Ahead of Ferrari are still: Tesla, Honda, Hyundai, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Ford, and Nissan. Additionally, Ferrari is not even the top Italian brand. That title goes to Gucci, ranked 41st overall. Prada, another Italian brand, is only in 83rd place.
