After hosting 16 of the 32 editions held so far, the Mugello International Circuit returns once again to welcome the Ferrari World Finals for the seventeenth time in its history. The event, running from October 21 to 26, 2025, marks the conclusion of both the Ferrari Challenge Europe and Ferrari Challenge North America championships. During this week, drivers competing with the Ferrari 296 Challenge cars will race the final continental rounds before the global champions are crowned in the grand finale.
The activities will officially begin on Tuesday, October 21, closing Ferrari’s competitive season with a full program of racing and customer events. Between track sessions, Ferrari owners will take part in exclusive activities, including the F1 Clienti program, Sport Prototipi Clienti, the XX Program, and Club Competizioni GT. This incredible motorsport weekend is one of a kind, featuring more than 100 cars on track across multiple classes: Trofeo Pirelli, Pirelli Am, Coppa Shell, and Shell Am.
Event schedule and public access
As the season reaches its finale, free practice sessions will open the event before the qualifying rounds take place on Saturday to determine the grids for the World Finals. Each category’s six fastest drivers will then compete in the Superpole session. The main races will follow on Sunday, starting with the Coppa Shell Am final, followed by the Coppa Shell, Trofeo Pirelli, and Pirelli Am races. Each race will last 30 minutes and will decide the official 2025 Ferrari World Champion for its class.
The event would not be complete without its passionate fans. Ferrari enthusiasts, including Scuderia Ferrari Club members and company staff, will be granted access to the main grandstand on the start-finish straight. Meanwhile, the general public and tifosi will enjoy free admission to the grass viewing areas for the entire duration of the event, with no ticket required and free parking available nearby.
In addition to the races, visitors will also have the chance to witness exclusive on-track sessions featuring Ferrari’s most extraordinary non-competitive programs. These include historic Formula 1 cars, endurance prototypes, and the legendary XX cars, all providing a spectacular backdrop to the event set in the beautiful Tuscan hills.
How to watch the event
On Sunday, fans can enjoy the traditional and unmissable Ferrari Show — a breathtaking display that brings together all the cars present at the event in Scarperia, including the three Le Mans-winning 499P Hypercars. The show will begin at 12:50 PM and reach its peak around 2:00 PM, featuring the Italian national anthem, an aerial display, appearances by all Ferrari drivers, and the traditional group photo to close the celebration.
Every session of the Ferrari Challenge — from qualifying to the races and the Ferrari Show — will be streamed live on Ferrari’s official website and Ferrari’s YouTube channel with English commentary. In Italy, DAZN will broadcast all races from the European series finale and the World Finals themselves, with Italian-language commentary and coverage of the spectacular closing show.
