Maranello closes 2025 with smiles all around. Ferrari not only records another year of growth but also chooses to share its success directly with those who, day after day, contribute to building the legend of the Prancing Horse. Approximately 5,000 employees will receive a performance bonus of €14,900 gross—a significant recognition, €500 higher than last year’s award.
A record year for Ferrari: €14,900 employee bonus and a look toward the electric future
This is not just a number—it’s a statement. “It is right to share these results with everyone,” stated CEO Benedetto Vigna, emphasizing that behind every Ferrari supercar lie expertise, passion, and teamwork. From the assembly lines to the technical offices, every department has contributed to a year that cements Ferrari among the strongest and most profitable players in the global automotive industry.
The figures tell a story of continuity and growth: net revenues exceeding €7.1 billion (+7%), EBIT at €2.11 billion (+12%) with a margin close to 30%, and net profit reaching €1.6 billion. Metrics that would be extraordinary for many companies are becoming routine in Maranello.
Market confidence is equally clear. Orders are secured through 2027, driven by the success of models like the Testarossa 849, the F80 hypercar, and the Amalfi. These vehicles have reinforced the brand’s exclusivity and solidified demand in key markets worldwide.
Yet, while celebrating these achievements, Ferrari is already looking forward. The next chapter is called Luce: the brand’s first-ever electric car. A historic step for a company so deeply connected to the roar of internal combustion engines. The official unveiling is scheduled for May 25 in Rome, with orders opening two days later. Anticipation is sky-high, with curiosity and inevitable debate between purists and innovators alike.
Thus, 2025 is not just a year of positive financial results. It is a confirmation of a model that combines industrial excellence, strategic vision, and attention to people. At Maranello, success is never just a number—it reflects a strong and shared identity.
