Ferrari has pulled the covers off one of its most exclusive creations in recent memory: the HC25, a bespoke One-Off model developed through the marque’s elite Special Projects programme. Designed as a unique commission for a single client, the new Ferrari HC25 represents both a celebration of the Prancing Horse’s engineering heritage and a symbolic farewell to one of Maranello’s most beloved performance architectures.
Built around the foundations of the Ferrari F8 Spider, the HC25 retains the spectacular 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 mounted in a mid-rear configuration, delivering more than 700 horsepower in a package created to be entirely unique worldwide.
At a time when Ferrari’s road car future is moving increasingly toward electrification and hybrid performance technology, the HC25 stands as a rare tribute to the emotional character of the pure V8 supercar formula that helped define a generation of Ferrari performance cars.
A one-of-one Ferrari designed over two years
The Ferrari HC25 was developed by the Ferrari Design Centre under the direction of Flavio Manzoni, with the project taking approximately two years from concept to completion.
Unlike conventional production Ferrari models, One-Off creations are built exclusively for a handpicked group of ultra-high-net-worth clients invited into the Special Projects programme. These bespoke commissions are shaped directly around the customer’s personal vision, with close collaboration throughout the design and engineering process.
From early sketches and clay models to final technical execution, the client remains deeply involved in every stage of development, ensuring the finished product is unlike any other Ferrari on the road.
That level of exclusivity is precisely what makes the HC25 such a remarkable creation.
A final salute to Ferrari’s V8 performance legacy
Ferrari describes the HC25 as a reinterpretation of the classic mid-engined Ferrari spider concept, combining familiar design DNA with styling cues that point toward the company’s future design language.
The proportions remain unmistakably Ferrari: muscular rear haunches, flowing aerodynamic surfaces and the dramatic stance expected from a modern Maranello supercar. Yet the styling reportedly introduces more experimental design themes intended to bridge Ferrari’s combustion-powered heritage with its next generation of electrified performance machines.

Beyond its aesthetics, however, the HC25’s real emotional significance lies in its mechanical identity. Because the car is based on the Ferrari F8 Spider platform, it effectively marks one of the final celebrations of Ferrari’s twin-turbo V8 era — an engine family that delivered extraordinary performance while becoming a fan favourite for its balance of raw power, usability and unmistakable Ferrari character.
For many enthusiasts, this makes the HC25 far more than a simple collector’s car. It becomes a rolling tribute to an era of Ferrari engineering that is rapidly disappearing.
How much does the Ferrari HC25 cost?
As expected with Ferrari’s most exclusive bespoke creations, the company has not disclosed an official price for the HC25.
However, industry estimates suggest One-Off Ferrari Special Projects models typically command values in the region of €3 million to €4 million, with some bespoke commissions potentially exceeding that range depending on engineering complexity, exclusivity and customer specifications. In practical terms, the HC25 is not merely a supercar — it is an automotive work of art, reserved for a tiny circle of Ferrari’s most valued clients.
While Formula 1 fans continue watching Ferrari’s on-track efforts with Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, Maranello continues to remind the automotive world that its road car division remains equally capable of producing machines designed to capture pure emotion.
