While waiting to unveil the new single-seater on February 13th, the Scuderia has revealed the new suits for the upcoming Formula One season.
Lots of red, no black
Lots of red, of course, but also yellow and, above all, white, as confirmed by the first previews we published yesterday on FormulaPassion.it. While awaiting the presentation of the new car for the 2024 season – which will be unveiled on Tuesday, March 13th – Ferrari has today posted on its social channels the new suit that will be worn by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz during the upcoming championship.
The first thing that catches the eye is the total disappearance of black, which was significantly present in the last seasons. The suit will instead be entirely red, with subtle white and yellow inserts on the front. The two colors clearly reference the two main sponsors on the chest of the suit, Shell and Santander. The back of the suit is also red, with the names of the two drivers prominently displayed in white.
‘Bicolor’ undershirt
From a chromatic point of view, the most significant novelty is represented by the undershirt, whose back is completely white. On top of it, the numbers of the two drivers – 16 and 55 – are displayed in red with yellow borders. An aggressive look that seems to have been appreciated – at least on social media – by the fans of the Prancing Horse. Now, all eyes are on the SF-24, hoping it can provide satisfaction not only from a chromatic perspective.
Red, yellow and white. What. A. Sight.
