The occasion is especially meaningful and was emotionally celebrated by Ferrari’s new driver, Lewis Hamilton, who has never hidden his connection to the maternal figure. In fact, he has two maternal figures: in addition to his biological mother, Carmen Larbalestier, the seven-time world champion also has a stepmother, Linda, who is his father Anthony‘s second partner.

Lewis’ parents separated when he was two years old: Hamilton lived with his mother and two older stepsisters, Samantha and Nicola, until he was twelve. He then lived with his father, Linda, and his stepsibling Nicolas.
