Italian blogger Leo Turrini, who is famously very close to proceedings at Scuderia Ferrari, answered another set of fan questions on his blog in his newest blog entry, as he continued to discuss several aspects surrounding the Maranello team. This time Leo Turrini revealed the Maranello team’s first impressions regarding the car for the 2020 Formula One season:
“To me it appears that so far the simulator and the wind tunnel indications for the 2020 Ferrari car have not impressed the engineers/technicians in Maranello. But keep in mind that there is still time. I am not resigned for next season and I have no interest in pretending to be pessimistic. At the end of 2019 Mercedes had an advantage, especially in the race setup, which was not little. Since the rules do not change, the prediction is mandatory. But let’s see what happens.” – Leo Turrini wrote in his www.quotidiano.net recent post.
The Italian blogger was also asked by fans about Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton: “I’m not sure that 2020 will be Sebastian Vettel’s last year with Ferrari. Especially after Max Verstappen’s new contract with Red Bull. Hamilton is a great driver and is making history. We can criticize his attitude and actions outside the track and we also have the right to remember the low points of his career. But I would always want him at the wheel of the car I love.” – Leo Turrini added.
