Sedici: Leclerc’s new dream yacht
Charles Leclerc continues to invest in Italian luxury craftsmanship, and once again he has done so together with Riva. The Ferrari driver today officially received his new Riva 102’ Corsaro Super at the shipyard in La Spezia, becoming the owner of the twentieth example produced of the flybridge model created by the Ferretti Group brand.
The Monegasque driver’s latest purchase confirms not only his passion for luxury yachts, but also his strong appreciation for Italian design and engineering excellence away from the Formula 1 paddock.
A fully customised luxury yacht built around Leclerc’s vision
The new Riva 102’ Corsaro Super combines advanced technology, elegant styling, and extensive personalisation. Charles Leclerc personally selected part of the interior design and furnishings, choosing premium brands and bespoke solutions throughout the yacht.
Among the standout features is a beach club area of more than 35 square metres with direct access to the sea, complemented by an inflatable platform designed to maximise relaxation on the water.
On the flybridge, the yacht features a complete open-air kitchen equipped with a grill, induction cooking surfaces, refrigerators, and an ice maker.
Effectively, it functions as a luxury rooftop lounge floating on the sea. The owner’s suite follows the same philosophy of personalisation, highlighting how extensively the yacht was designed around Leclerc’s personal tastes and lifestyle preferences.
Performance and technology worthy of a Formula 1 driver
From a technical perspective, the 102’ Corsaro Super is powered by two MTU engines producing 2,638 horsepower each. This setup allows the yacht to reach a top speed of 28 knots while maintaining a stable cruising speed of 24 knots.
On board, the yacht also includes advanced anti-roll systems and Seakeeper stabilisers, technologies that have become essential within the ultra-luxury yacht segment to ensure maximum comfort at sea.
The combination of performance, technology, and exclusivity makes the yacht perfectly aligned with the image of a modern Formula 1 star.
Charles Leclerc and Riva: a partnership that keeps growing
How much does a jewel like this cost? Riva does not officially disclose prices, but considering the dimensions, bespoke configuration, and level of finishing, estimates suggest that the Monegasque’s new yacht could comfortably exceed €15 million.
Some market evaluations even approach €18 million for highly customised examples.
The purchase further strengthens Charles Leclerc’s connection with the world of Italian luxury. After all, when someone returns to the same shipyard three separate times, it is no coincidence—it is a very deliberate choice.
