Ferrari and Red Bull have been paired together for a 10-minute slot at the Singapore Grand Prix drivers’ fan forum on Friday, immediately giving supporters of Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen another reason to watch the opening day at Marina Bay closely.
The F1 Drivers’ Fan Forum will run from 14:10 to 15:10 local time at the Zone 1 Wharf Stage, with Ferrari and Red Bull scheduled together from 14:20 to 14:30. The team pairing has quickly attracted attention from fans hoping for more of the light-hearted Charles Leclerc-Max Verstappen interaction often labelled “Lestappen” online, although the published schedule itself lists teams rather than confirming which individual drivers will appear in each segment.
Ferrari and Red Bull get an early Singapore GP fan forum slot
The Friday programme begins with Audi from 14:10 to 14:20, before Red Bull and Ferrari share the stage for the next 10 minutes. Mercedes and Racing Bulls follow from 14:30 to 14:40, with McLaren appearing from 14:40 to 14:50.
Cadillac and Haas are paired between 14:50 and 15:00, before Williams and Aston Martin close the hour-long forum from 15:00 to 15:10.
For Ferrari supporters, the Red Bull pairing stands out because of the interest that regularly surrounds Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen whenever their paths cross away from the car. The schedule does not guarantee that the two drivers will appear together, but the combination of their teams in the same slot has naturally increased anticipation around the session.
Charles Leclerc returns to a circuit with a notable qualifying record
The fan forum arrives at a venue where Charles Leclerc already has a distinctive place in Singapore Grand Prix history. The Ferrari driver is credited with the only two consecutive pole positions at the event, adding another layer of interest to his return to Marina Bay.
Ferrari is also bringing extra visual attention to the weekend through a special livery and matching cap, giving supporters another focal point before the competitive sessions begin. Those details, together with the Friday fan event, make the opening day particularly busy for fans before the sporting programme takes over.
Singapore prepares for its first Sprint weekend
This year’s Singapore Grand Prix will also introduce the Sprint format at Marina Bay for the first time. The October 9–11 weekend therefore carries a different rhythm from a traditional Singapore event, with less practice time and competitive sessions beginning earlier in the schedule.
That makes Friday’s fan forum one of the first major public-facing moments of the weekend before attention shifts fully to the track. Ferrari’s shared appearance with Red Bull is only a short 10-minute segment, but the pairing has created an early talking point among supporters because of the personalities and rivalries associated with the two teams.
For Charles Leclerc fans in particular, the combination of his Singapore qualifying history, Ferrari’s special weekend presentation and the possibility of another informal moment involving the Red Bull side gives the opening day an added attraction before the first Sprint-format running at Marina Bay.
