The Monza Racetrack is ready to hire 1200 collaborators for the 2023 Formula 1 Italian GP: here’s how to become part of the team.
Being part of a Formula 1 weekend always has a special feel to it. And if the now very high ticket prices might make you hesitate to attend the Monza GP… there could be another solution.
The temporary agency ManPower has opened a call for 1200 girls and boys who will make up the working team during the three-day event in Brianza. Among the required qualifications, it states:
Availability to work during indicative time slots of 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (flexible hours required) from September 1 to 3.
Propensity for teamwork, reliability, proactivity, and dynamism.
Ability to manage significant crowds of people.
Good physical stamina as the work is mostly done standing.
Safety shoes are required for the porter position.
This opportunity, which is still a work opportunity, will allow the selected young individuals to experience the F1 weekend from the inside. There are many roles that will be covered within the racetrack. It ranges from access control to the safety of the grandstands and even inside the Paddock or Pit Lane.
To be part of the team working during the Formula 1 event, all that’s needed is to apply at this link.
“It’s recommended to bring a small backpack containing water, a possible hat for sun protection, and a raincoat/K-way for rain protection,” they specify in the announcement.
