Mick Schumacher will spend his second successive day in a Formula 1 car on Wednesday, this time testing for Alfa Romeo. On the back of his P2 finish at the Bahrain International Circuit with Ferrari on Tuesday, the son of seven-time F1 World Champion Michael will test for Alfa Romeo on Day Two.
Schumacher will be joined by George Russell, who is swapping his Williams for the Mercedes W10, while Scuderia Ferrari German driver Sebastian Vettel is back in the Maranello team’s SF90 and will be focusing on the issues which prevented the four-time Formula One world champion to show a similar pace to Charles Leclerc in the race that took place last Sunday. Dan Ticktum replaced Max Verstappen at Red Bull Racing while Pietro Fittipaldi will add to his 20 laps from Day One with Haas.
All 10 F1 teams will be running a single car in today’s test with the exception of McLaren and Toro Rosso, who will each run an extra car for Pirelli’s tyre testing programme.
