Scuderia Ferrari is adopting a more assertive stance in its bid to rectify the underwhelming showing in the 2023 F1 season, although this might fall short of the mark. The initial aim was to provide Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz with a competitive car capable of contending for consistent victories and championship glory. Regrettably, Ferrari hasn’t achieved this objective, experiencing a significant regression from their 2022 performance. The array of issues to be addressed is too extensive to envision a championship challenge in 2024. Nonetheless, substantial strategic shifts are in motion to reshape Ferrari’s long-term prospects.
