Ex-Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel reveals the role he would want if he returns to the paddock. Sebastian Vettel discusses a possible Formula 1 comeback.

Sebastian Vettel, Ferrari

The four-time world champion had a long career in the open-wheel category, where he managed to achieve great success but also faced disappointments. At the end of 2022, after years of difficulties, Sebastian Vettel decided to retire from Formula 1. Since then, rumors about his return have started to circulate. From time to time, he himself speaks about the possibility of working again in the championship, while making it clear that his career as a driver is now over.

Sebastian Vettel spent his first years in F1 under the wing of the Austrian team. This period was followed by the seasons with Ferrari, where some success came, but not of the same level as the Red Bull era. Speaking about a possible comeback, the German driver has often emphasized his wish to return to the team with which he won his world titles.

Vettel, further details on a possible return

Recently, the International Motor Show was held in Munich. On this occasion, Sebastian Vettel took the stage to comment on the future of mobility, giving his opinion on electric power and fuels. After these considerations, the former F1 driver returned to the topic that most interests fans. Referring to Red Bull, the German explained: “I am still very attached to the team and I still know many people. It remains to be seen if something will happen in the future.”
