Carlos Sainz, replacing Sebastian Vettel at Ferrari, talks about his first day of F1 testing at the team’s private test track in Maranello, Italy. Current F1 test regulations obliged the team to run a 2018 car but still there was much for Carlos to learn and to savour. Carlos also refers to the joy of having his father along to watch the big day.
