However, Charles Leclerc notes that simply starting with a strong project will not be enough to win.

This shift in work philosophy is seen as crucial, as it had previously undermined Ferrari’s chances. The Monegasque driver acknowledges this effort and stresses its importance for the upcoming seasons.
In an interview with RacingNews365, Charles Leclerc discussed Ferrari’s evolution: “The future is very difficult to predict because Formula 1 is a relative sport. I have great confidence that we are doing everything right at the moment, and as a team, we are much more solid.”
“I don’t speak much about the technical side, because, once again, everything is relative. We don’t know if Red Bull or McLaren have found something truly special for this year’s car. We are focusing on ourselves, on doing the best job possible. The mentality within the team and the way we work has improved significantly.”
“I’ve always said that Ferrari is incredible. There is so much passion within the team, and that’s fantastic because everyone is willing to work an extra hour and is genuinely motivated to make things better. However, when things go wrong, people are more affected because they have an emotional attachment to the brand, which might not be as strong in other teams.” – the Monegasque driver pointed out – “It seems to me that we’ve made progress in this regard.
