The entrepreneurial aspect of drivers is becoming more pronounced. Some choose to venture into fashion, while others prefer to remain connected to the racing world or open new restaurants. The project undertaken by Charles Leclerc remains somewhat secretive, but the clues are becoming more persistent and pointing towards this hypothesis. Let’s see what LEC, Leclerc’s new “enterprise” and ice cream shop, is expected to be like.
The Ferrari driver seems to be getting closer to entering the world of entrepreneurship with the opening of his establishment in Milan in April. According to Milano Today, the partners, methods, and even the location of the venue are not yet known, but indications nonetheless suggest the opening of an ice cream shop, also knwon as a gelateria. Reportedly, Charles Leclerc’s partners are expected to be Federico Grom and Guido Martinetti, the founders of the famous gelateria chain “Grom,” which was later acquired by Unilever. Obviously, besides Grom and Martinetti, Charles Leclerc’s manager Nicolas Todt will also be involved.
To learn more about Charles Leclerc’s new venture, there are still a few days to wait. Specifically, we’ll have to wait until mid-April (rumored to be April 11th), when the project will be unveiled to the public at the Salone del Mobile. On that occasion, the location and opening address of the Monegasque’s new business will be revealed.
The dream of entering the world of entrepreneurship is not new, and Charles Leclerc himself had confessed it in an interview last year. “A very special project for me: a new, big adventure undertaken outside the racing circuit. As a professional athlete, it’s crucial for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle where my performance is strongly linked to dedication, training, and physical fitness. However, this doesn’t prevent me from indulging in a few guilty pleasures, especially one food that I adore. Perhaps you’ve already guessed which one.”
