Charles Leclerc reflects on the 2024 F1 season
After a year and a half without victories, in the 2024 Formula 1 season, Charles Leclerc managed to hear the Monegasque anthem three times, with wins in Monaco, Monza, and Austin. However, the 27-year-old from the Principality was unable to compete for the drivers’ championship, which was won by Max Verstappen. Charles Leclerc hopes to bounce back in 2025, supported by his contract renewal that ties him to Maranello until 2029.

In an interview with French nationwide daily newspaper devoted to sport, Charles Leclerc summarized his season: “This year, I felt as calm as in previous years, but perhaps I’ve grown and matured a bit. I was able to stay composed and avoid creating big problems. In the past, I often lost opportunities because I was too eager to do well.
