The 2025 Dutch Grand Prix took a dramatic turn on lap 53 when Charles Leclerc’s race came to a sudden end following contact with Kimi Antonelli. After Mercedes brought their car in for a pit stop, Ferrari reacted by stopping a lap later, with the Monegasque rejoining just ahead of the young Italian. As the two drivers approached the banked Turn 3, Kimi Antonelli made an aggressive move down the inside, but his Mercedes understeered into the side of the Ferrari. The impact spun Charles Leclerc into the barriers, leaving the Monegasque driver out of the race and adding more tension to an already heated afternoon at Zandvoort.
