Who hasn’t heard about padel in the last few months? This sport, similar to tennis, is gaining popularity everywhere, especially among celebrities. Formula 1 drivers are no exception: in fact, on the Instagram profiles of some of them, there are photos of them trying their hand at this new discipline, training with friends or even with their grid rivals.

Today there will be a very special challenge: Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen will play against each other in a match organized by “Tennis Padel Soleil” in Monte Carlo. The match will start at 8:30, although there is no confirmation of where it can be watched. The most likely hypothesis, however, is the organizers’ YouTube channel, the link to which you can find here. The talented Formula 1 drivers will not be the only ones participating in the event, as alongside them will also be Norman Nato and Nick Cassidy, who compete in Formula E. If anyone is already missing the competition on the tracks, watching these talents compete in padel can be a way to bring a smile.
