After this emotional video, Carlos Sainz reflected on his time with the team and wanted to state that, while he is now focused on his future, he is aware of the magical journey he experienced with the Scuderia: “I think the legacy of Ferrari, the history books, and all of that are things I’ll think more about when I retire. When I’m sitting on my couch and I’m an older version of myself, I’ll think: ‘Look, it was amazing, I was one of them and I’ll be a part of it forever,'” the future Williams driver concluded.
