Brembo is taking its identity beyond braking technology at the 2026 Italian Grand Prix, launching Brembo Collections with a new capsule range called “Colors of Speed”. The project transforms one of the company’s most recognisable technical components, its famous brake caliper, into a graphic element for a series of clothing and design products.
The debut collection consists of T-shirts designed and printed entirely in Italy and offered in 11 different colour variations. Each design is built around the distinctive shape of the Brembo brake caliper, reinterpreted as a visual symbol connecting technology, motorsport culture and contemporary style.
“Colors of Speed” will be available for pre-order from September 4 to 18 through the newly launched dedicated e-commerce platform. The initiative is intended to transfer into clothing the design heritage, technological identity and performance culture Brembo has built over more than 60 years.
Brembo ‘Colors of Speed’ marks the start of a wider project
The Monza launch is only the first step in a much broader programme. By the end of 2026, Brembo Collections is expected to expand with further collections and additional products, continuing to reinterpret the company’s visual identity and some of the elements most closely associated with the brand.
“With Brembo Collections, we want to create a new space to connect with our community, extending the brand experience beyond the product,” explained Brembo Marketing Director Mauro Piccoli. “Colors of Speed represents the first chapter of a journey created to enhance Brembo’s aesthetic and cultural heritage.”
The idea is therefore to transform components originally created for a purely technical purpose into symbols of identity and belonging. Brembo’s brake calipers have long been among the most visually recognisable elements of high-performance cars, making them a natural starting point for a project combining design and racing culture.
From Formula 1 braking technology to lifestyle design
The timing of the launch during the Monza weekend reinforces the connection between the new collection and motorsport. Brembo has been involved at the highest levels of racing for more than 50 years, a relationship through which the Bergamo-based company has contributed to the achievement of more than 1,000 championship titles.

Formula 1’s visit to the Temple of Speed is an especially appropriate setting for the debut. Monza places exceptional demands on braking systems because of its long straights and severe deceleration zones, making brakes one of the defining technical elements of the weekend. Those challenges form part of the wider picture explored in our 2026 Italian GP technical preview.
With “Colors of Speed”, Brembo is now taking the visual identity created by decades of high-performance engineering and bringing it into a different environment. Instead of focusing solely on what the brake caliper does on a Formula 1 car, the collection treats its distinctive shape and colours as part of the company’s wider cultural identity.
