The German team, based in Neuburg, has been carrying out an impressive recruitment campaign for several years. Engineers from the world of Formula 1 but not only, in an effort to reinforce a team that has long been dormant like Sauber.

The arrival of Marco Scourtis is seen in this light, with the recruitment of an engineer with several years of experience and skills related to both the chassis and the PU. However, the second seat of the team remains to be defined. While the first has now been entrusted to Nico Hulkenberg, the name that will accompany him is still shrouded in mystery.
